Our Refilling Process
The Fire Extinguishers are discharged for emptying the content, meantime extinguishers performance also checked.
Then the extinguisher is dismantled / disassembled completely and cylinder is cleaned for any trace of content inside the cylinder.
The cylinder subjected for painting to give a new look and super fine quality.
Fresh extinguishing Medium such as Dry Chemical powders, Gas, Water or various types of Foams filled in the cylinder through vacuum based a process that fills the cylinder with accurate amount of extinguishing agent.
Then the extinguishers are assembled with discharge valve by torque wrench to maintain the fitment accuracy and all the O’ Rings are replaced with new ones.
Fire extinguisher is charges / Pressurized with Nitrogen.
Then the fire extinguishers are subjected to leak test process in water and leak detection test system.
